Data governance and protection: How to navigate the regulatory jungle

Data governance and the new Swiss data protection law are central aspects when working with clinical patient data. This session will provide information on what you need to know when procuring and handling health-related personal data and shows examples from different university hospitals. After a short presentation, there will be plenty of time for questions from you as researchers.

This seminar session is part of a lunch seminar series, which offers brief overviews and room for questions on important topics related to observational studies (HRO projects). Find out more about the whole seminar series here: Facts and pitfalls for observational studies - How to plan and conduct HRO projects.
