Routine Monitoring Visit and Close-Out Visit (RMV-COV) Report Template

When budgetary constraints exist, it can be useful to combine a routine monitoring visit with a monitoring close-out visit. This one template allows you to report all of the necessary aspects of a combined visit. It is part of our series of monitoring templates covering all aspects of monitoring from the starting line to the finish line. This template is suitable for any monitor engaged in clinical research in Switzerland and abroad. We particularly recommend using this template within the SCTO’s Clinical Trial Unit (CTU) Network for investigator-initiated, multicentre studies.
